varrager is a self-taught creative director, photographer, cinematographer, and graphic designer, born in the year 2000, in valladolid, spain.

always daydreaming and inspired by music and musicians, surf and skate culture, brands, their logos, strategies and typographies, social and cultural movements like woodstock or bauhaus, but above all, by life, people, and their stories.

started at the age of 17 capturing his ideas through video and photography with a camera he found at home, just for creating memories. years of evolution, hard work, and growth across different types of projects for a wide range of industries have turned him into a multidisciplinary creator capable of developing large-scale projects in different roles. creative direction, the development and direction of audiovisual projects, photography, advertising strategy, and brand design and development are the fields where he feels most at home—always revolving around music, fashion, sports, and nature.

in 2019, together with friends, he founded “recreo”, a small party that grew to sell over 30,000 tickets a year, featuring some of the best djs in spain and productions surpassing €150,000. he was the creative director, leading the project’s visual identity from the very beginning until he decided to step away in 2024.

in 2020, he founded his own creative studio “vesarte.” an small local project that started with a simple website and business cards, going door to door looking for projects where he could contribute and work with the things he knew. over the years it grew and transformed, both personally and professionally. more than 40 companies and projects trusted vesarte between 2020 and 2024, including some of the most relevant local projects as well as national brands.

in 2022–2023, following the success at surf festivals around the world of his first surf documentary with aitor francesena, he traveled the world alongside him and surf channel, developing more documentaries focused on surfing and local cultures and traditions.

he is currently working in several personal projects, but mainly trying to find his place in this post—everything world.
